Meeting on the second Tuesday of each month.

A great social group for those who have weekday leisure time. Come on day trips and excursions to interesting and entertaining places around Sydney. Enjoy the company of others like you, meet people and make friends all in a relaxed and friendly atmospher.

Strengthening for over 60s

Wednesdays from 1.30pm to 2.30pm

This group is run in conjunction with St George Hospital and is for any senior who wants to stay mobile, flexible and strong. Activities are specifically targetted to your needs and any fitness level is welcome and catered for. A doctors certificate is needed to participate.
